I'm Freya, and I offer children's therapy services in and around Portobello, Edinburgh. I work with children aged 3-13 experiencing emotional, social, behavioural or mental health difficulties in a safe, supportive way. I offer a free initial consultation to see if Play Therapy is the right fit for your child.

Individual Play Therapy

1:1 Play Therapy sessions based in Portobello.

School-Based Play Therapy

With permission, sessions can be offered in school or nursery during the school day.

Parent Child Attachment Play (PCAP)

A gentle intervention empowering parents to support their children at home.

Creative Therapeutic Life Story Work

Supporting adopted and looked after children to understand their life story. Coming 2027.

What qualifications do you have?

I have a Post Graduate Certificate and Diploma from Play Therapy UK, and a BA (Hons) in Education Studies - Philosophy. I am registered with PTUK (registration number 202004499) who are Professional Standards Authority accredited.
